Our certificate number is A1302US. We have a formal documented Quality Management System (QMS), which is designed to ensure continuous quality improvement. All HKA work flow is governed by written process directives, and specific quality responsibilities with defined controls. We maintain a Corporate Quality Assurance Director on staff who keeps our management team informed of the status of our quality and our performance metrics.
We ISO-certified all aspects of work and processes at HKA in order to comply with Government contract requirements and to ensure an exceptional level of quality for all of our customers with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and continual process improvement. We perform periodic internal audits of our processes and also contract with a qualified third party for an external audit each year in order to ensure our compliance with our stated policies and procedures.
