Since 2001, HKA’s management system has been independently and continuously
audited and confirmed as being in conformity with ISO 9001:2000 via the
certification body QAS-International. Our certificate number is A1302US.
This certification includes all processes that we employ in the preparation
and supply of technical and communication services. Our Quality Management
System (QMS) is formally documented and is designed to ensure continuous
quality improvement. All HKA workflow is governed by written process directives,
and specific quality responsibilities with defined controls. Our Corporate
Quality Assurance Director, charged with oversight of our QMS, keeps our
management team informed of the status of our quality and our performance
metrics.
